Another great year has passed since the second season of the Nairobi Fashion Week. This year, Its Even more better but different, Unlike the usual 3day event, Its now a one day event and all the stretched resources pulled together to one day making it even better and more amazing. James Brian Kihindas, has always worked harder and smarter than yesterday every year to make sure that the NFW is better giving an assurance of nurturing  the talent worldwide by giving them a platform to showcase their creations.

Male models have always been neglected when it comes to high fashion modeling and the good news now is, In 2weeks time, this stereotyping that male models are not good enough is going to end.
Jeffery Wilson a young Fashion entrepreneur has stood up again in his Fashion show branded : JEFFERY WILSON SHOW to celebrate fashion design in the male fashion in his show the JW SHOW
The JW show has always come up with new and better ideas every year but for this year, It more different and amazing than any other show ever done. This is currently Kenya's most anticipated Fashion show that will attract amazing designers and models and other fashion entrepreneurs from all over the county to showcase the most exquisite, rare and elegant well jointed fabrics
 
 THE JW SHOW is scheduled to happen the 7th NOVEM,BER 2015 at SHIFTEYE GALLERY, HURLINGHAM as from 7 pm -11pm .

Men, children, and women off country have started booking their flights to Kenya to be on the show and to celebrate African Kenyan culture in fashion art and design. I'm talking about Models, Designers and other fashion cognoscenti.
The show will be a live recording TV show That will be selling and showing in both national and international levels.

Fashionpreneurs of JULY i updated you on the SLUM FASHION SHOW, but if you missed it, let me give you a heads up of what was all behind the show and how it turned up.....
SFS is founded by wilkings Odinga Fadhili a young elegant looking and hardworking upcoming fashionpreneur In Kenya. He managed to get his show to be sponsored and partnered with Appleton Resort,Kenya Airways, Sound Fusion Limited,African Hut, Level One production and Discovery Channel slum Fashion show was a success attracting designers from Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya . Bila Kusema mingi show ilikua TRUE as the Nairobians say it.
"To our models (FASHION TORCH TV/COMPANY MODELS) . I want to say a big thank you to you all, you have been supportive and patient since the inception of the company , your presence in the Fashion Torch Show/Company has been of a blessing in my life to the models who did the show it was the first but very epic and splendid" says wilkings emotionally.
The models showed their superiority by doing catwalks that were truly enticing on the platformed Glass Runway. It was all epic with more than 200 viewers being part of the show.. the event for the first time in the industry shown light to those in the slums. It showed that even in the slums we can have the best fashion event and talents. The Fashion show mentored and motivated the youths who attended. I am sure Mr Wilkings is putting up together something else apart from what he will be having"abroad (will update you soon on it).
The event was far much beyond the expectations of many. Nothing has ever been done of a sort before.. Surely it was a revolution in the fashion arena. Lets see what he has installed for the Fashion Industry. AFRICA is watching

East Africa fashion week has been conceptualized as an annual platform for established and up and coming fashion designers from the COMESSA region to showcase their skills and talents.East Africa fashion week has been conceptualized as a platform for established and up and coming fashion designers from the COMESSA region to showcase their skills and talents.It featured models from the region as well, all coming together in a unified forum of artistic expression. EAFW is the bedrock and foundation for new talent within the industry to be discovered and act as an incubator for aspiring designers and models.
East Africa fashion week was spearheaded by  NIc O Junior and the second season of it. was just the best of  What fashion could offer. It attracted different TV platforms like NTV , Print media like Asian weekly,  x access, Nation magazine and many more others. Social streams went viral o the Event..
